What’s one habit you do almost daily?: Read, workout, BJJ
What’s one of your normal routines?: I live by the routine from waking up to morning mindset, work schedule, workouts, even down to eating.
How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : Since 2017 I’ve been working on it when I went sober
Describe your weight loss journey.: Ups and downs until I found what worked for me. Hitting the scale didn’t achieve what I wanted it to. Now it’s on to focusing on health.
What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?:Stick through it
What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Everything! Sobriety, quit smoking, workouts. My oldest calls me a robot.
What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: I can do anything if I really want it. It’s not that you don’t have time you simply don’t make it a priority. If it’s a priority you’ll find the time.
What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?:Try things until you find what works for you.

What are you working on now?: Getting in physical shape for when BJJ opens up. Maintenance weight. Mindset.
