What’s one action (or habit) you do almost daily?: I Journal Daily- providing 5 things I’m grateful for, 1 affirmation that best suits me that day, 3 tasks to complete that day, and then a little diary of my thoughts

Habits usually stack on top of each other to build routines. Tell us about your morning, afternoon and/or evening routine.: Morning routine- walk up and count 1,2,3 then out of bed I go, Make the bed as soon as I get up, then use the restroom, wash my face, put on face lotion, brush teeth, take vitamins, put in contacts, journal then head downstairs! Do this every morning!

How long did it take for the almost daily action and the above routine to stick? : Each step I added as time went on but each one about 2 weeks each of being consistent then added on another.

Describe your weight loss journey in a few sentences. We'll have plenty of time to go deeper into this if you'd like. :) : Dec 28 204 I was at my heaviest of 265lbs, Oct. 2018 got to my lowest 156, as of now im 192 and losing. Thats the scale but my mindset is different from the 1st round of weightloss. HABITS!

What’s a skill (or skills) you’ve developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?: Writing everything down. Documenting everything I eat, water I drink, exercise I do so that I can do back and tweak things if need be. Staying consistent even if I have a bad day or week.

What have those skills lead to outside of weight loss?: Im more mindful of my thoughts outside of weight loss. I no longer am on any aniexty or depression meds because of the skills I've learned to handle with weightloss.

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: That I love myself! I can achieve anything I put my mind to. Also I'm strong not only mentally but physically.

What advice would you give to anyone that has restarted their weight loss journey within the last few months?: NEVER GIVE UP! Write things down so if you have to restart you can look at what you did before and the research you've found. You know yourself better than anyone. Be your own motivation! Find someone within and outisde you family to boost you up and encourage you!!

What's one resource, tool or app you'd recommend to everyone?:

Runkeeper, MyFitnessPal and well I do a Countdown for extra motivation so Time Until ;)

What are you working on now (or planning for the future)? Doesn’t have to be fitness related : You Tube channel, being more consistent with my Podcast, still losing weight, also learning habits and a new way of thinking. Im working on what didnt work last time so that when I hit my goal weight again I will stick with it!! Its all about my mindset this time.
