What’s one action (or habit) you do almost daily?: Log my weight

Habits usually stack on top of each other to build routines. Tell us about your morning, afternoon and/or evening routine.: In the morning I wake up, weigh myself and take my vitamins. That’s about all currently that is “routine”

How long did it take for the almost daily action and the above routine to stick? : About 2-3 weeks

What’s a skill (or skills) you’ve developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?: I’ve learned patience.

What has that skill lead to outside of weight loss?: It has allowed me to take my time and not operate on a sense of urgency

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: That no matter how hard I fall, that I am not a failure

What advice would you give to anyone that has restarted their weight loss journey within the last few months?: Be patient and don’t be so hard on yourself
