What’s one habit you do almost daily?: I go to bed around the same time every day.

Tell us about your morning routine: I wake up, take my preworkout, usually read a devotional or some of my Bible while it sets in, get my exercise done, pack up Etsy orders, get ready and head to work.

How long did it take for the almost daily action and the above routine to stick? : A few months

Describe your weight loss journey in a few sentences. We'll have plenty of time to go deeper into this if you'd like. :) : It's been a 5 year process. I've tried all the things and continue to tweak my food / exercise plans.

What advice would you give to anyone that’s working through their weight loss journey?: Focus on food choices first, then work exercise in later.
