Living guilt free is the real victory

You can get to a place where your eating and exercise plan is almost automatic. The next level is when you’re emotionally even on both the days you workout as well as the days you don’t.

Emotionally even when you choose to have a salad for lunch, as well as a couple of slices of pizza and/or cookies. This is much easier to buy into once you realize your active lifestyle is all about making choices. You’re trying to learn from your choices in real time while getting ready for the next one that’s just around the corner. Sounds difficult at first but you’ll actually start to get the hang of it within a few days if you start framing it this way.

If you feel like you just can’t get it together on your weight loss journey, this will help. Instead of focusing on how fast the scale moves you’re more concerned about your actions and perspective. This puts YOU in control. Chasing things outside of our control (like the speed at which the scale moves 😑) makes each of us feel like we’re struggling.

Focusing on the actions we take, then responding and adjusting makes us feel confident and capable. When you’re feeling capable you don’t second guess or throw guilt at your choices. You just asses and move on. In my almost 25 years as a dieter, fitness professional and/marketer. This is the only approach that actually works. Slide this underneath whichever program you’re following and watch what happens. You can live this way!!
