DLF 007: My most active day since starting this journal

Today felt really good! I started the morning walking with Jaime, did a lower body workout at the gym, walked mid morning with Jack, then stretched for 15 minutes at night.

Food was solid today too. Protein waffles, a banana, iced coffee & a protein shake spaced out for breakfast. I had pasta with chicken, spinach and peppers for lunch. Dinner was a fried quesadilla with a margarita and water from La Torta Loca.

I’m trying to eat three balanced meals a day right now…so far so good.

My body was wore down after the second walk butI’m handling it.
