DLF 001: Let's see where this goes

Perspective

I’m excited to star documenting my daily fitness stuff.

Physical Activity

Today’s gym workout was a chest & biceps pyramid split, three sets each of four exercises. Something new is that I took a full 60 second break between each set. This did help my form during the last set of each move, so I’ll keep doing it for my upper body workouts.

After the gym I went for a 20 minute walk. This was the only walk I did today. Tonight I did the intro move set workout for the DDPY D.D. Chair Force Compilation.

Food

  • Banana, water & coffee before going to the gym.

  • Oats with apples, pecans, brown sugar & cinnamon after the gym

  • Pasta with meatballs made at home for lunch

  • Dinner was leftover crockpot roast

  • Light ice cream banana split for dessert
