For lasting results you need a program that’s designed around your preferences, your schedule, and your life - that’s where the popular programs fail most of us. 

The “perfect” eating plan doesn’t work if it doesn’t include many of the foods we like to eat. The “optimal” exercise program is meaningless if we can’t do the moves or fit the routine into our schedule. The “best” lifestyle has to integrate into daily life.  Coaching solves these problems because your program is based on you! Here’s some of what to expect:

Getting Started - After completing the initial forms we’ll look at where you are now, where you want to go and decide how to get you there safely. 
Actions, Habits & Routines – We’ll focus on what daily actions need some work in order for you to begin seeing progress. Normally we start with one action at a time, moving on when you’re ready for the next. These actions turn into habits, which will eventually become your routines.
Progress & Accountability – We’ll be reviewing progress regularly. Some folks do best checking in daily, some weekly and others monthly. Whatever works best for you is what we’ll go with. Besides, we can always adjust it later. 
The Unexpected - There will be obstacles and stumbles. We’ll work through them.  Just let me know what you need.

While anyone can apply, clients have to be accepted into this program. This is a process that normally takes at least six months. If you're looking for a short term fix, lifestyle coaching isn't for you. However, if you're tired of diets and want something you can stick with for good, this could be just what you're looking for.
