Describe your weight loss journey.: By the time i was 18, I weighed over 400 pounds. Diagnosed pre diabetes and high blood pressure by 15. Felt so trapped in my body, I wanted to end my life. Most Unique thing about my situation is I grew up with a dad who is a cardiologist in a very strong family household. I couldn’t Have asked for a better childhood.

When I was 22 made the decision to transfer my life. From 22 to 25 I dropped 200 pounds of body fat. From 25 to 26 at two excess skin normal surgeries. And now from 27 to 31 i love with bodybuilding and strength training.

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss process?: I have a bio med degree. Finding that balance between “science” and “realistic lifestyle changes”.

How to communicate affectively.

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: I love helping people transform their lives.

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?: Simplify and celebrate. Understand it’s more of a mental shift than a physical one.

What's something most people don't know about you that has nothing to do with weight loss?: I am a high school bowling coach
