Describe your weight loss journey.: Long and full of ups & downs - you know my story so I’m being a wise

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss process?: Mental toughness and how to harness a grow mindset

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Everything. Mindset will make or break the life you lead.

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?: Dig deep into the why’s behind your habits. We all carry many limiting beliefs and if you don’t get to the core of them, you’ll repeat the patterns that got you to an unhealthy weight once you reach your goal (ask me how I know )

What's something most people don't know about you that has nothing to do with weight loss?: This is a tough one since I used to share so much about myself via social, my podcast and my blog. I guess the biggest thing is that I struggle just like everyone else. It doesn’t matter that I’ve been at this for well over a decade, hold multiple certifications to help others find success or manifested that hell out of my dreams. At the end of the day we are all human and we all have stuff that trips us up. Doesn’t make us failures and it doesn’t mean we will never reach out goals.
