If Not Today, When?


Today really is the best time to start following an eating plan “any of them work if you can stick to it” and begin exercising regularly. Find an activity you enjoy doing, do it today & use a stop watch to see how long you go. When done, jot that down so you have a record of what you did. This gives you an idea of what to shoot for when you try again tomorrow or the next day. 

All you have to do is start.
