Needless guilt does more damage to your progress than any single day of eating ever will.
When posting things like this, I know it’s much easier said than done. I had a love/hate relationship with food and weight from the time I was a teenager “probably even a little before” till my mid 30’s. Your struggles with food, weight and mindset are your own and they are very real. I’m just hoping by seeing this you realize there is another way to view this stuff. Keep doing the best you can and be kind to yourself.
